About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead and oversee the operations of this prestigious showroom in Pacific Fair. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance to meet KPIs, executing monthly VIP customer events, and managing all aspects of store operations including stock takes and visual merchandising. You will inspire your team to deliver a high standard of client service and build enduring customer relationships that reflect the luxury brand's values.
Skills and Experience:
Proven retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment Strong track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs, and budget goals Experience in jewellery or watches is highly desirable Expertise in staff training, development, and team leadership Strong business acumen with a passion for clienteling and customer relationship building Proficiency in rostering, managing wage budgets, and understanding P&L Exceptional attention to detail and visual merchandising skills Benefits and Rewards:
