Could you be our next Logistics Operator on a 6-month Fixed Term contract in Preston we're looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, efficient, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth, safe, and efficient operations within our warehouse in Preston. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including procurement, inventory management, and distribution), utilize advanced ERP systems to manage and update accurate transactions and system flows, and much more.
We'll look to you for:Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operations within the warehouse.Preparation of servicing, overhaul, change-out kits, etc.Use of relevant ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accurate transactions and movements and system flows are managed and updated.Organizing and coordination of couriers/freight to various locations.Collaborating with other departments to improve supply chain efficiency.Proactively identifying and communicating any inventory or equipment discrepancies.Safely operating a Forklift.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
