Position Overview In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the rental management system for the department, ensuring the accuracy of data and enabling informed decision-making for key stakeholders. They will coordinate the flow of goods at the Perth production facility and manage related processes and systems to ensure compliance with export controls and permits.
Key Responsibilities: Administer ERP and rental systems to ensure up-to-date information, including sales contracts.Reconcile rental contracts and distributor reports monthly to support invoicing.Prepare and submit asset movement and status reports.Compile and analyze distributor stock status reports.Communicate with distributors regarding asset and part requirements, including creating sales orders and tracking progress.Coordinate shipments to suppliers, clients, and depots, ensuring adherence to specific instructions.Receive incoming goods and update relevant systems.Generate logistics shipping documentation and maintain electronic records.Utilize CRM system for quality assurance and shipment approvals.Collaborate with freight forwarders, brokers, and customs agents to monitor shipment statuses.Maintain a register for courier and freight monitoring.Reconcile freight invoicing and assist with financial control as needed.Develop and maintain internal logistics procedures and templates.Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role.Practical experience with SAP; familiarity with the ZRENT module is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities.Strong time management and organizational skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.What's on Offer: Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented global team, gaining valuable experience.Perth based opportunity - be home every night!Ready to Join their Team?
