You will actively be a part of our professional and dynamic team providing an exceptional level of service to our internal and external customers by responding to enquiries, confirming installation bookings, troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. This is a fast-paced team environment which will allow you to showcase your planning, organisation, customer service and administration skills.In addition, you'll:Schedule and allocate installation jobs to installersConfirm installation dates via phone with customersWork in partnership with customers, installers and internal personnel for any order related matters, providing support in resolving any issues as they arisePerform general administrationAbout YouWe're looking for an agile team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
