Team Global Express, a leader in the Australian transport and logistics industry, are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as an on-site representative at our esteemed client, Coles, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. About the role This is a full time, permanent role based in Brighton
Hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday with availability to do overtime required
General admin duties
Forklift duties
Oversee the selection of appropriate equipment and load allocation
Ensure that all vehicles are promptly loaded, unloaded and dispatched
Work/plan the weekend/Public Holiday roster
Plan drivers' roster, create run sheets for drivers
Raise CSR for all damages and shortages
Overtime available, must be able to work outside normal business hours as required

What you'll bring You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)
3-5 years transport and warehousing experience- preferred
Proficiency in data entry and time management.
Computer literacy/knowledge of MS Office computer applications.
Excellent team player.
You will be able to work as part of a team
You will able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
You will have a high attention towards Safety
