About the role
We have a unique opportunity in our busy team located in Bayswater. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to ensure the seamless operation of our logistics and warehouse functions. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, takes responsibility for their actions, and is passionate about maintaining high standards in a supportive and adaptable environment.
Duties & responsibilities Source daily loan set booking requirements to available inventory.Inventory management, ensuring accuracy in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Coordinating loan sets and scheduling kits to be transported to surgeries; this includes packing kits, labelling kits, organising couriers and dispatching kits.Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet the needs of customers and partners.Optimize warehouse processes to uphold our commitment to excellence and efficiency.Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.Conduct routine stock checks and promptly resolve any discrepancies.Ensuring instrument kits are ready for use with proper functionality.Receiving and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitalsRestocking of implant usage from casesResupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locationsParticipate in stocktakingAbout You At least two years of experience working within a logistics in the medical devices industry or similar within a hospitalValid Australian Driver's LicenseSound knowledge and understanding of kit and consignment processes.Previous experience in the same role is a requirement.A strong "hands-on" work ethic and superior communication skills are vital to success.Computer literate and possess a high level of attention to detail.The ability to think on your feet and problem solve and work autonomously.
