About the role:
We are now accepting applications for a Location Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Location Manager has a strong focus on ensuring our brand is well known in the community, being results-oriented, and ensuring the provision of quality service to our clients while embracing and advocating the company's culture and high service standards.
This role requires building positive relationships with stakeholders, motivating a team, and providing compassionate care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives before, during, and after the funeral.
About you:
You possess the capacity to lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged, and proud to be part of the team. Operations, people, and finance management for an extremely high-volume location. Ability to deliver profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levels. Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values, and beliefs. Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the public. Empathy to interpret the needs of people and clearly communicate options to clients. Competent administrative and computing skills with an eye for detail. Flexibility to participate in after-hour duties, including occasional weekend arranging. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased.
