About the Opportunity This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the loan kit team. You will manage the day-to-day workflow of the loan kits team, ensuring all kits are complete, functional, and delivered on time. You'll also play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving team performance in a high-pressure environment.
Duties Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the loan kit team.Ensure loan kits are complete and meet required standards before dispatch.Communicate effectively with sales teams and hospital staff to manage expectations.Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Skills and Experience Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams in a pressured environment is essential.Experience working with medical loan sets is essential.Knowledge of inventory or supply chain processes within the medical device industry is highly beneficial.Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail is required.Available immediately and able to commit to a 12 month assignment.Culture A collaborative and fast-paced environment where teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
