What does the job look like? Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive excellence while managing the day-to-day operations. Key areas include:
Leading a team through mentorship and support Ensuring all operational aspects of the company policies are adhered to Maintaining customer service levels to guarantee delivery requirements are achieved Daily planning, allocation and staff rosters Driving initiatives to maintain and improve WH&S program Working closely with Logistics team to ensure a high standard of customer service Are you the one?
