Light Vehicle Technician

ROSS GRAY MOTOR CITY Position- Light Vehicle Technician. Ross Gray Motor City has been servicing and repairing vehicles for over 30 years with a team of fully qualified motor vehicle technicians. We have a reputation for servicing Mazda, Mitsubishi, MG, GMSV, and Holden vehicles, and our passion for cars guarantees our customers expert advice and quality repairs.

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking automotive technician to join our talented team. This is a full-time role with a wage and package to be negotiated upon hire.

Tasks and Responsibilities General car servicing and repairs. Identifying issues with vehicles through inspections. Test driving vehicles when required. Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults. Dealing with suspensions, brakes, air conditioning, coolant, and more on passenger cars. Identifying vehicle concerns through the use of manufacturer-based computer programs and scan tools. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years' experience in the automotive industry. Relevant qualifications. Vehicle examiner licence preferred, but not essential. Manual Driver's licence required. Own tools are essential. Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team. Remuneration $65,000 to $73,500 plus super, Monday to Friday - No weekends to enable a better work/life balance.
