We are looking for a Qualified Mechanic to join our team as a leading hand/senior technician. For the right person, there is an opportunity to become a business partner or an option of a 'lease to buy the business' and make it your own! We are a local family-owned business in Emerald, Central QLD. We pride ourselves on providing quality customer service and workmanship.
ROLE
As head technician, you will be leading and overseeing our team of mechanics and apprentices. At times, you will also be required to assist our office team in quote times, part interpretation, and assisting with customer queries. As needed, you will also be required to carry out all aspects of a Light Vehicle Mechanic, such as:

General servicing
Minor & Major repairs
Diagnostics

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualified Light Vehicle mechanic
Excellent leadership qualities
Strong vehicle diagnostic skills
Able to work un-supervised
Excellent work ethic
Quality and productivity focused
Manual unrestricted Driver's license
Able to perform under pressure
Considerable experience in the mechanical field

PACKAGE
This is a full-time position Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Pay: $45 - $55 per hour depending on experience. Relocation assistance available.
