Within this dynamic role, you will work within a passionate team to get to know our residents' interests and tailor activities to suit their physical, social, and recreational wants and needs.About the role :Work within the lifestyle team to design and deliver activities tailored to our residentsAssist in the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of the activities calendarPromote activities available both within our village and the local communityUpdate Care Plans and complete relevant documentationWhat you need to be successful :Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle and Certificate III in Aged CareA genuine interest in and commitment to caring for seniorsDemonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly working with people living with dementiaCurrent First Aid CertificateAvailable to work Monday to SaturdayExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on offer :Work for one of the best providers in the aged care sectorAttractive hourly rates, conditions, and salary sacrifice optionsA friendly and supportive manager, culture & teamOpportunities to develop and advance your career
