This role is crucial in leading and implementing recreational activities that bring joy and enrichment to our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage a diverse calendar of events, activities, and transportation within the facility.Conduct resident focus groups to gather feedback and tailor activities to their preferences.Ensure all activities are safe, engaging, and meet the needs of the residents.
