Our vendor partners specialise in Business Transformation, DevOps, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure Solutions.The OpportunityWe're seeking a Licensing Specialist to join our well-established sales support team.In this pivotal role, you'll manage communication with vendors and resellers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of responses, quotes, and support.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced organisational and communication skills, and navigating complex licensing structures.As part of the team, you'll support Channel Account Managers, strengthen relationships with resellers, and contribute to business success within a designated territory.Your RoleCustomer and Ticket ManagementManage reseller requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely responses within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Provide outstanding customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions.Communication and Relationship BuildingUse excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate pricing, build vendor relationships, and maintain strong connections with resellers.Quoting and PricingCreate accurate and detailed quotes within SLAs, factoring in complex pricing structures such as volume, segment, and multi-year discounts.Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and accurate licensing information.Organisational ExcellenceTrack, analyse, and prioritise opportunities within your territory.Qualify opportunities and escalate complex cases to Account Managers or the Sales Operations Manager.Provide expert guidance on licensing queries and resolve complex post-sales issues.Ensure that the fulfilment of orders is accurate and timely by working closely with internal teams.Collaboration and Knowledge SharingStay updated on evolving licensing models and industry best practices by working with vendors and internal stakeholders.Provide Account Managers with insights and summaries to enhance opportunity engagement.Share knowledge with the team to drive operational excellence.What You'll BringAt least 1 year of experience supporting account managers or business development managers in a distributor, reseller, or software channel business.Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills for assessing opportunities and navigating complex pricing structures.Proficiency in negotiating and building relationships with vendors and customers.Why Join Aquion?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-known ICT brand with exceptional clients and vendors.
