B1.1/B2 LAME Heston MRO Pty Ltd (Heston MRO) is a provider of world-class aircraft maintenance services to a wide variety of domestic and international airlines, operating in Australia since 1992.
Position Available
We are currently seeking a qualified B1.1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) to work on a full-time basis at the following Stations:

Melbourne
Perth
Sydney
Brisbane

Qualifications Required
Candidates must hold:

B1/B2 CASA licence
Minimum one of the following endorsements: B737, B747, B767, B777, B787, A320, A330, A350 or A380.

A preference will be given to applicants who hold a number of relevant type endorsements.
Selection Criteria

Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a required visa-type permitting work in Australia
Must have a minimum of 3 years LAME line maintenance certification experience
Strong safe work ethic and practical understanding of safe work systems
A familiarity with maintenance regulations issued by the appropriate regulatory authority
Have an excellent knowledge of line maintenance operations and requirements
Be in possession of a valid state driver's licence
ASIC and ADA eligibility
Possess a high standard of both written and spoken English and great attention to detail

Applicants must be disciplined to work alone or in a team and be able to travel both domestically and overseas if required. We regard safety as an essential part of all our operations and applicants must be familiar with maintenance regulations.

Compensation
Please note our starting salaries for continuous working shift patterns are:

CASA registered: $135,872.38 + Superannuation + Licence & type Allowances
Not CASA registered: Starting salary of $122,961 + superannuation for 6 months (while obtaining CASA registration), then as per above.
