Nash Allen Williams & Wotton has been providing legal services to the Central Coast community for over 60 years in the areas of property and conveyancing, deceased estates, estate planning, family law, criminal and traffic law, and general litigation.We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role will see the successful candidate working closely with a senior solicitor of the firm and enjoy mentoring opportunities with senior staff.The successful applicant will possess the following:Ability to work on a full-time basisA minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience working in a solicitor or conveyancer's office acting in commercial and residential sales for vendors and for purchasers as well as in commercial and retail leasing acting for landlords and tenants;Ability to navigate PEXA with ease and experience with LEAPA great work ethic with a positive flexible approach to fit in with our professional and friendly teamProven ability to meet deadlinesThe ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesA high level of attention to detailAppointment as NSW Justice of the Peace will be highly regardedYour daily tasks will include:Preparation of leases and contracts for saleCarrying out contract reviews and advising clientsNegotiating terms of contracts and exchanging contractsPreparation of settlement figures and preparing PEXA settlementsBeing responsible for clients' matters from start to finishThis role is certainly busy but you'll enjoy a high level of autonomy and be able to really make this role your own.Salary is competitive and based on experience.
