The day-to-day responsibilities as a systems administrator will include:
Windows Server administration including the management of Windows updates as well as Group Policy and user management.VMware ESX and vCenter administration and maintenance.Supporting resellers with day-to-day tickets.Assisting the service delivery team with provisioning requests.Working closely with Veeam, VMware, and Microsoft vendors.On-call for after-hours support requests.About You• 4+ years of experience as a level 3 systems administrator (MSP experience a plus) with good network troubleshooting skills.• Comfortable working within a Linux environment.• Solid VMware ESX and vCentre experience.• Sound understanding or experience with Veeam backup and disaster recovery technologies.• Understanding of change management frameworks a bonus.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
