The Opportunity Working as part of the team, this role will provide remote and onsite support to customers to oversee and assist in managing infrastructure & Cloud environments.
Some of the key tasks will include: Daily management of the IT Service Desk including client interaction and resource coordination Involvement in systems implementations / upgrades and hardware roll-out projects Installing, maintaining, and supporting Windows Servers & operating systems Front line support & administration of the Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Office 365 Strong skills in supporting major cloud platforms & physical servers Configuration of firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points Provide a high level of customer service and attention to ensure SLAs are met The Successful Applicant To be successful, you will come from a technical support background and have a passion for IT and working with new technologies. You take pride in finding solutions to complex issues for your customers and thrive in a fast-paced and fun team environment.
Other attributes will include: Will hold a relevant IT qualification / Degree or comparable certification Can demonstrate prior experience performing the above-listed tasks Critical to your success will be your communication skills; you will be proactive and engaging in your style and be able to communicate effectively with customers and clients Interested?
