Job descriptionLevel 2 / 3 EngineerUp to $90k-95k plus superBella Vista locationHybrid / wfhTheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth.This role can either be an office role, or field role - you get to choose!About the role :You will be working across the Level 2 and Level 3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison.Supporting Endpoints, Servers and Networks.Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure and more.Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.What you need :3+ years Experience in a MSP environment - MUSTOffice 365, Azure AD, and Intune experienceWindows Server - install, config, maintain etcNetworking experience; troubleshooting, config & installations of firewalls, switches & routersCurrent Australian drivers licenseWhats in it for you :Onsite parkingCompany car & mobile phonePaid certificationsBirthday giftQuarterly social eventsThey are conducting interviews next week!If you're a technology-loving, problem-solving person who loves to have a good laugh at work as well this is a good role for you.For this role you must have full working rights in Australia with a valid drivers license to be considered for this role.
