Level 2 / 3 Engineer Up to $90k-95k plus super Bella Vista location Hybrid / wfh TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth.
This role can either be an office role, or field role - you get to choose!
About the role : You will be working across the Level 2 and Level 3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison. Supporting Endpoints, Servers and Networks. Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure and more. Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments. What you need : 3+ years Experience in a MSP environment - MUST Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience Windows Server - install, config, maintain etc Networking experience; troubleshooting, config & installations of firewalls, switches & routers Current Australian drivers license Whats in it for you : Onsite parking Company car & mobile phone Paid certifications Birthday gift Quarterly social events They are conducting interviews next week!
