The Lender Partnerships Support Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager of Lender Partnerships with all Residential lender obligations including event entitlements, sponsorship, invoicing, and updating lender information in relevant sources. This role is essential in further strengthening LMG's partnerships and relationships with residential lenders to deliver outstanding outcomes for brokers and their clients, creating a competitive advantage for LMG. The manager will collaborate to ensure the Asset, commercial, and residential teams are all working together, sharing ideas and implementing best practices.This can be a full-time or part-time role.Key ResponsibilitiesStart process of Lender Launches in HubSpotLender onboarding support and offboarding supportCollaborate with the Broker Operations team to enhance accreditations to save lenders and our brokers time.Sponsorship & EventsWork with key stakeholders to assist with delivering our LMG Lender Partnership Program commitments, including our sponsorship training & education programTrack lender entitlements and assist with each event's entitlements & follow-upsEngage with State Support Managers on entitlements, ensuring state-based events are locked in and recorded in ClickUp by the state teamsBuild rapport with Lender Event Coordinator contactsSupport and deliver the National Conference(s), helping the national teams in executing:Lender RegistrationsLender HubLender Merchandise DeliveriesLender Q&AsReview engagement communications to lendersFollow up on sponsorship invoices and paymentsEnsure key stakeholders are provided with correct contact details for specific national and state eventsAssist in ensuring we deliver on our promises to lenders regarding access to our network and panel management (i.e., agreements, regulatory obligations)Assist in lender audits including documentation in MyCRM and lender contacts - State and NationalLender market share reporting by the 10th of each monthAssist in inputting relevant Lender communications content for weekly dropMaintain and update Commission Guides / Lender schedules / PLS as new agreements are executed & changes come through from lendersProvide regular updates to all lender partners on internal contact lists & changes to eventsAdministration SupportProvide administration support for the Manager, Lender PartnershipsTo Succeed in This Role You Will BringAbility to work effectively in a high-volume team environmentMinimum of 3 years of experience in administrationExperience within lending or broking is highly regardedExperience in lender sponsorship and events is highly regardedAbility to work autonomously and use initiativeHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong computer skills with the ability to learn quickly (Google Suite including Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel)Strong organizational and planning skillsA high level of professionalismExcellent verbal and written communication skills
