Riverfront offices - corporate offices. Supporting the Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property, and Management Rights teams. The Role: As a Legal Secretary, you will support various Solicitors and Partners. Your duties will include dealing with clients, online searches, diary management, organizing meetings, monthly billings, typing letters and documents, preparation of Briefs and court documents, and general admin duties. You will mainly work on Commercial Litigation matters but also Management Rights and Property matters. This position is either 4 or 5 days a week working in the office from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Your Experience: You will need a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretary experience within a law firm environment. Some Litigation Legal Secretary experience is also essential. The Law Firm/Salary: Leading Boutique Law firm of 50 staff based in the Brisbane CBD. Have weekly morning teas, social club, drinks nights.
