We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Your new role Some of your responsibilities will include: Case and file management, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to date Document management, drafting, reviewing and filing legal documents.
Tracking deadlines Answering incoming calls, inquires, and managing client correspondence Scheduling meetings Your skills and experience Minimum of 1+ year experience in Legal Administration role Property Experience is a bonus, (not essential) Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive can-do attitude with a team-based approach to work.
A true interest and a drive to continue learning and engaging within the legal industry.
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in legal terminology, property software, and MS Office Suite.
