Aboutthe role We have anexciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join K&L Gates ona full-time basis. This role will support our IntellectualProperty practice across all aspects of administration. K&L Gates' Intellectual Property practice work in protectingand enforcing patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and otherrights. The practice continues to grow at a significant rate,making it an exciting time to join the team.

Whatdoes the role involve? You will workclosely alongside other secretaries to manage all aspects ofadministration, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and supportingthe partners and lawyers within the practice. You will alsowork closely with the team's billing specialist to assist with themonthly billing process and associated tasks.

StrongMicrosoft Office skills are essential, as are excellentcommunication skills. You will be capable using automated billingsystems and client relationship management software (Elite 3E andInterAction preferred).
Ideally youwill have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary orexperience in an administration role, having previously managed ahigh volume billing process.
