Working with colleagues and clients who are leaders in their fields means the ability to explore new paths to progress with continual learning and development, career and leadership opportunities.As part of the KWM community, you'll have access to a suite of wellbeing initiatives, benefits, policies and processes, to enable you to achieve your career goals.At KWM, we'll provide you with the platform to Learn, Master, Lead.Your key responsibilities will include:Partnering with the team's Legal Project Managers to scope, plan and monitor matters, and report on their progress.Arranging and attending team meetings and taking detailed minutes.Preparing bespoke and template project documentation and the ongoing maintenance of those documents for individual matters.Preparing client reporting materials.Providing financial reporting on matters.Stepping into matters already in motion and proactively identifying opportunities to implement best practice project management strategies.Providing back-up support to the assigned Legal Project Manager, stepping into their role during periods of absence where appropriate.Providing ad hoc support to practice groups and clients on request by autonomously preparing various project management documents such as timelines, project plans, trackers and communication plans for review by the Legal Project Manager.Acting as a brand ambassador for the LPM group through proactively seeking ways to improve, add value, support and endorse LPM initiatives.About YouYour passion for the value of a robust LPM function and willingness to pitch in when and where needed will set you up for success.You will bring a collaborative, positive approach and enjoy working alongside a highly regarded and experienced LPM team who will nurture your career.Your organisational skills, ability to multi-task and exceptional time management skills set you apart.
