This role will suit individuals who have excellent attention to detail, who like to take responsibility for their output and who enjoy working in a fast paced environment.In this role you will:Partners / SeniorsFull responsibility for inbox management, including all filing.Proactive handling of correspondence directed to Partners (coordinate further actions, draft replies etc).Have responsibility for calendar and diary management, including coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, booking venues and detailed travel itineraries.Proof reading emails, drafting responses and other relevant correspondence and documentation.Filenote managementAssist with receipts, expensesMatter ManagementDocument and contract production, formatting, reviewing and finalising (including document protection).Assist with general administrative duties for the wider team, document production, formatting, review and finalising.Assist with other functions essential to the efficient running of matters.Matter life cycle – assist Partners as required, and working closely with support team to meet deliverables.Business DevelopmentPrepare proposals, reviewing documents and drafting responses to clients.Coordinate and assist with BD activitiesAssist with award submissionsResearch for BD activities (prepare briefing notes prior to new client meetings)Assist to maintain BD trackersLearning and DevelopmentAssist seniors to meet professional obligations, update forms, book courses etc.Assist Partners with billing management.Work closely with the wider support team to manage team deliverables.Office AdminAssist practice manager where required.Company DescriptionHazelbrook Legal is an exciting and innovative firm, offering a truly supportive working environment.We are proud to offer our staff unrivalled career development opportunities and provide them with a chance to work with Australia's most exciting and innovative companies and leaders.We believe actions speak louder than words, and have always maintained a gender balanced, culturally diverse workforce including at our most senior levels.Join us and be rewarded for your hard work and initiative with an innovative and fully inclusive bonus and reward scheme.Find out more at hazelbrooklegal.com/careersHow to ApplyPlease send a cover letter and CV addressed to Simone at ****** will only accept applications directly sent to us as above.Applications will close as soon as a successful candidate is found.Salary will be commensurate with experience.Please note this is a full-time role and is not suitable for students - we are looking for a dedicated legal professional.Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications received, only successful applicants will be contacted.
