About the role Reporting to the Head of Legal, APAC, you will assist with a broad range of commercial, regulatory and compliance matters including: Providing legal advice in relation to commercial, contracts, regulatory, compliance, operational and strategic matters.
Contract negotiations and working with external advisers on IR and property related matters.
Manage potential disputes (patient and employee claims).
Support corporate governance, company secretarial, M&A and data privacy matters.
Work as part of a cross functional team on projects and initiatives.
Participate and collaborate with Asia Pacific and Global legal teams.
About you The role will suit a commercial lawyer with 7+ years' PQE who is seeking variety in an interesting and rewarding in-house role.
Any exposure to health law or privacy would be highly regarded.
You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a can-do attitude.
