Reporting to the company's Senior Legal Counsel and working closely with other members of the legal team including an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary, the primary focus of the role is to provide commercially focused legal advice to the business to enable it to achieve its objectives. This work includes: assisting on acquisitions and divestments; contract drafting and negotiation; assisting with company secretarial work; managing disputes; risk/governance issues; as well as other general commercial matters.The ideal candidate offers quality post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years corporate/commercial experience, preferably gained in a well regarded firm. This experience will involve strong contract drafting and negotiation skills and well developed communication skills.
