This is a unique opportunity to work for a global beauty brand in Brisbane, Australia.About the role:We are currently seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves direct collaboration with our co-founders and legal team. Key responsibilities include:Intellectual property & brand protection - You will assist in actively managing all aspects of slip's brand protection strategy, including a global portfolio of trademarks and other intellectual property rights to safeguard our brand.Commercial contracts - You will be tasked with drafting and reviewing various contracts, including retail, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, confidentiality, endorsement and collaboration agreements.Regulatory compliance - You will provide expert advice on the compliance of our products and packaging with applicable laws and regulations in both established and new markets.Advertising and consumer law – You will advise on compliance with consumer and advertising law, including reviewing marketing collateral.Process and workflow management - You will help enhance our processes and precedents, manage workflows, deliverables, and coordinate with external counsel.
