About this Role As a Legal Assistant supporting a Partner in Property and Estates, you'll play a crucial role in client service and practice management.
Bring your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to help our team deliver excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities Manage client intake, conduct conflict searches, and open new files. Schedule meetings and manage the lawyer's calendar. Set court dates, track filing deadlines, and prepare client documents. Draft routine correspondence and organize client report books. Maintain electronic and paper files, handle mail, and coordinate document processing. Conduct property searches, manage tax certificates and payments, and organize mortgage payouts. Process wire transfers and manage financial requests. What You Bring Experience: Graduate of a Legal Assistant or Paralegal program with 1-3 years of experience. Skills: Strong attention to detail, proofreading, communication, and time management skills. Tech Proficiency: Experience with Outlook, MS Office, and document management systems.
Familiarity with Athennian, Closing Folders, PropertyOnline, and ProLaw is a bonus. Attitude: A team player with a positive approach, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Ready to Grow with Us?
