Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Optimising support staff contribution and maintain and improve their engagement through setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and evaluating performance;Developing the capability of the support team, including their ability to deliver excellent work, connect with people, and develop and maintain a successful relationship with clients;Managing resources and allocate or re-distribute work and support to ensure administrative capability is both optimised and available to support the practice group and partners in their delivery to clients;Monitoring and maintain both quality and consistency of services provided to the practice group and partners and identify and progress opportunities for improvement;Escalating and alerting the Operations Manager to issues that may impact the day-to-day operations on an ongoing basis;Leading and supporting on continuous improvement workstreams for the national legal support function.ABOUT YOUTo be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working in a law firm. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of managing a large team and handling challenging conversations.
