Located in Shellharbour this team is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their high-performing Property Management division.
This role will see you prospecting into a sales associate or junior property manager.The Role:Handling and addressing all rental inquiriesConducting open homesConducting reference checks on potential tenantsLeasing propertiesHandling Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspectionsProcessing rental applicationsAssisting Property Managers with ad hoc dutiesThe Candidate:A Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
Previous Real Estate experience is desired for this role.
