On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include:Conducting Open Homes & InspectionsMaintaining and Developing client relationshipsTaking Leasing inquiries via email and phoneProcessing ApplicationsAd hoc administration duties to support the Property Management DepartmentThe Candidate:A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license. You will have previous industry experience in a Leasing capacity.
