The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised.
You'll be supporting both the business development and portfolio management teams and working on preparing contracts, improving and updating geographical data and preparing quarterly business & asset plans.
This is a great entry role for someone looking for a career in commercial property management.
Other duties will include: Ensuring that the organisation complies with contractual obligations as well as state regulations and policies Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Documenting and maintaining integrity of processes; make recommendations for improvements Managing portfolios with the aim of maximising returns Liaising with the operational & project management teams Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in Property Management in a retail or commercial environment or demonstrated completion and/or ongoing relevant tertiary studies Demonstrated effective communication skills Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Ability to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the business Intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.
