About The Role Reporting to the Head of Talent and based in our Sydney office, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Bravura's learning and talent frameworks, ensuring our people can learn, grow, and develop in their careers.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and management of learning and talent experiences globally including needs analysis, solution design and development, stakeholder management, program management, implementation, communication and evaluation.
What You'll Do Partner with business leaders to understand the capabilities required to meet current and future global business objectives.
Design Bravura's Leadership Framework and  Leadership development program of work.
Reinvigorate our Career Framework by validating the competencies needed for our people to deliver in their current roles and the capability and competency required for career growth.
Lead the design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and development strategies and programs including leadership, professional development and technical skills.
Management of Bravura's annual talent & performance cycle including leading the annual goal setting process, talent review and succession planning process.
Support culture and engagement activities including employee engagement survey and embedding the Bravura values.
Unleash your potential To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include: Strong functional, technical expertise and best practices in Learning, Organisational Development, Talent Development, Culture and DE&I.
Demonstrated experience in building learning and capability frameworks and programs to enhance both technical and soft skills, and drive business outcomes.
Solid exposure in design, implementation, delivery  of leadership programs and frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to consult, engage and influence outcomes and build rapport with senior leaders, colleagues and vendors.
Project management and change management skills,  Proven identification methods to address skill gaps and improve overall employee performance, engagement and retention.
