Learning Manager

Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking a skilled  Learning Manager  with a focus on risk and compliance training.
This role offers an opportunity to shape impactful training initiatives and work collaboratively across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Review current modules and training plan, update and recreate.
Create, plan and implement risk and compliance training programs.
Manage and execute a detailed training plan while supporting the creation of training materials, including online courses.
Expected Background Designing training programs Background in the financial services industry.
Proven capability in managing training plans and developing learning materials.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Stakeholder management.
