As we embark on the rollout of M365 Copilot, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Capability Partner to join our Culture, Talent & Capability Team and make a significant impact across BOQ Group.
As the Capability Partner, you will be the driving force behind the successful implementation and adoption of M365 Copilot across our organisation.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan, engage with key stakeholders, coach users, and ensure that our team is well-equipped to leverage the full potential of M365 Copilot.
What You'll Do: Strategic Planning: Craft and execute a detailed rollout plan with clear timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for the rollout.
Training & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs to empower our employees with the skills they need to simplify how they work Change Management: Lead efforts to ensure a smooth transition, addressing concerns and promoting the benefits of M365 Copilot.
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance and usage of M365 Copilot, making continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
About you You have a wealth of experience leading the capability or change approach for employee focused technology rollouts and similar projects.
Your deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and love for driving efficiency through generative AI sets you apart.
You're a natural communicator with excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, making you a key player in any team.
You have developed and led change management and training programs, showcasing your ability to drive transformation.
Your knack for analysing data and making data-driven decisions is impressive.
Plus, you're a strong problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Bonus Points For: Familiarity with generative AI and machine learning concepts.
Experience in a similar coaching or capability role within a large organisation.
A story about how you've used Generative AI to save time, cost and drive better outcomes and employee experiences, at scale!
