Learning & Development Manager

Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment) Are you passionate about cultivating talent, inspiring growth and driving impactful learning experiences? Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this newly created role will lead our team on a journey of continuous learning and innovation. With the ability to think outside the box, you will bring fresh and engaging ideas to our L&D strategy as well as play an active role in the configuration and implementation of our new Dayforce learning module. Managing our current in-house leadership and compliance programs, you will use insights and data to continuously enhance competency development and learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs, creating learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of the business.Drive employee growth by implementing strategies for professional development, career progression and continuous learning.Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and build initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives by using data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness and continuously refine our learning journey.What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related fieldProven experience in adult learning instructional design, implementation and evaluation of learning programsPresentation and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate othersExperience in managing and administering LMS platforms and digital training toolsCreative ability and knowledge of various instructional techniques and formatsAnalytical and assessment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of personal and professional standardsWhat we can offer you: An attractive salary based on skillset and experienceMobile phone and laptopCollaborative, values-driven and highly supportive team.Be a part of the CMV Group of companies.Enjoy various annual company staff and family eventsOpportunities to support community partnerships with CMV Group & Staff FoundationsAccess to discounted wellness programs, volunteer, parental and study leave options, CMV Care and the CMV Peer Support ProgramAbout us: At CMV Group, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
