Applications are invited for the position of Leading Hand / Pipelaying Assistant, based at Council's Inverell Works Centre. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the execution of general duties in the Reticulation Construction Unit and would act as relief team leader of that Unit, when required.Essential CriteriaNSW School Certificate/ Record of School Achievement or equivalent;Satisfactory formal training in pipelaying techniques OR suitable experience;NSW Class MR Drivers Licence;Traffic Controller Certificate;SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card (?White Card?).Desirable CriteriaSatisfactory formal training in supervision OR satisfactory experience;Implement Traffic Control Plans Certificate;Copper Cable;
