The Leading Hand performs an integral role within our business as they are responsible for coordinating on site teams to deliver works in accordance with plans, standards and specifications whilst implementing and managing site safety. This role will be working on a 9 day fortnight pattern, with working away from home requirements from time to time.Your role as a Leading Hand:As a Leading Hand you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of the rail network by managing teams on site to ensure the condition of the track infrastructure is fit for purpose and safe for train operations.
