Role - Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: 20 - 25 mins from Perth CBD

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to join our clients dynamic TA team. In this role, you will spearhead recruitment initiatives, focusing on high-volume recruitment activities while effectively managing multiple KEY projects. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-volume recruitment efforts across various departments. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Utilize project management skills to coordinate recruitment projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective recruitment practices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and project management. Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics.
