As Chief Sonographer, you will play a central role in the clinical and operational success of our sonography team. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a diverse team of qualified and trainee sonographers, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Operational Oversight: Manage operations across 5 RGQ sites, ensuring a consistent approach to clinical standards, best practices, and patient safety.Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostic services, prioritising empathy, professionalism, and patient comfort.Rostering & Resource Management: Efficiently manage rostering for permanent and casual sonographers to maximise team productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance patient access.Training & Development: Identify individual and team training needs, providing mentorship and learning opportunities that promote skill growth and career advancement.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all healthcare professionals within RGQ, facilitating smooth interdepartmental coordination and optimal patient care.Qualifications and Skills:
