As the Lead Program Manager , you are a driving force behind our strategic transformational initiatives. This role extends beyond traditional project management; within our agile environment, you will nurture a culture of delivering strategic value, continuous improvement, collaboration, and change readiness. Managing a technology program portfolio, you'll effortlessly balance the demands of running and growing our business.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include: 5+ years' experience managing people or leading program teams. Strong understanding of program management, change management, and software development lifecycle methodologies. Strong people manager with the ability to build on and lead a thriving program capability. Critical thinking, planning, negotiation, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels to move towards a common vision or goal.
