As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellence in payment product management practices. You will have a deep understanding of the products and customers (external or internal) within your portfolio. Your impact will be measured by your ability to improve product practice and capability. What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth. Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals.

Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
