If you're looking for a progression step in your career, please contact Sam Paynter today to learn more about this exciting role.Role & Responsibilities:This role is responsible for owning and managing the operational maintenance, equipment reliability and related processes on site.The role holder will be responsible for developing and implementing a maintenance strategy which ensures an efficient output of the business unit meeting all KPI's.Responsible for driving standards of safe working, execution, accuracy, and behaviours of the maintenance team.You will be very hands on and take a visible leadership approach with safety and continuous improvement at the forefront always.The role holder will report directly to the site Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis and lead a small team of maintenance, including overall responsibility for all contractors.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Apprenticeship or University / College background in Maintenance.Background knowledge & experience within a fast-moving manufacturing organisation.Experience in leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing organisation.Degree educated - Mechanical, electrical, or lean manufacturing Engineering would be preferred.The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships is essential.What is on offer?Excellent annual leave entitlement.Comprehensive Group Pension.Huge progression potential.Cashback Health Care Scheme.Comprehensive Sick Pay Scheme.If you are interested, please contact Sam Paynter.If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
