Job DescriptionAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished accountant to join our esteemed Insolvency and Restructuring team at Lead Group.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in restructuring and insolvency accounting to support our Principals in key processes, including investigations, voluntary administration, and client management.
The successful candidate will possess advanced-level accounting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing expert financial analysis and modelling to inform decision-making.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.Developing innovative strategies to resolve complex business problems for clients.Mentoring junior employees to enhance project delivery.To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
A relevant degree qualification and CA or CPA certification.At least 2-5 years' experience in a similar Insolvency/Restructuring accounting position.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.Excellent attention to detail due to the sensitive nature of the work.Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is AU$70,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
