Childcare Educators - Studio Assistants Lead Educators As an Assistant Educator, you will be creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and other team members. In addition, our Lead Educators work closely with our Leadership Team and lead our Assistant Educator team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that support children's learning and development. It is required that you record children's progress, routines, and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.

What you'll need: Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Lead Educator: 1 year experience in a current Early Learning Lead role. Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
