About the role
You will be responsible for data security across multiple technology platforms within the business, engaging with stakeholders across multiple program streams to ensure the right cyber security capability is selected and enabled.
You will have in depth knowledge of data security in varying forms of technology and will be able to articulate methods and techniques of securing data.
You will make decisions on behalf of the organization regarding data security and will have the ability to clearly document your decision making in the form of requirements capture that leads to high level design.
You will have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of any level across the organization to understand their points of view and sell your ideas, concepts and architecture knowledge for the benefit of the organization.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer
4+ years of experience in software development (Scrum) Full understanding of remediation logging, planning and ongoing activities Expert level SME understanding of data security in all technology i.e.
data center, multi clouds, database, data lake, application, structured and unstructured data.
Good understanding of web stack, web security and common vulnerabilities.
Development skills to facilitate cyber security reviews Domain expert in data security with respect to web development and enterprise app development.
Good understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
Good understanding of penetration testing skills.
Experience with automation tools and deployments.
Leadership qualities including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and be able to consider diverse opinions.
Solid understanding of the relationships between business strategy, digital transformation strategy and cyber security posture.
