Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 percent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world. We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.

The Role We are seeking a communications professional who can support and deliver on projects and initiatives across CBH Group.
Working collaboratively with the Corporate Affairs Team and across the business, you will help to develop and deliver communications and marketing plans for established and expanding areas within CBH, and help shape and strengthen the way we engage with employees, growers, contractors, marketers, and the general public.
Located at the CBH Head Office in Perth's CBD, this is a full-time fixed term opportunity until September 2025. This role will suit a communications professional looking to build their in-house communications and marketing experience and/or is interested in branching out into a different sector.
Responsibilities include: Developing and delivering communications and marketing initiatives to growers, employees, and customers.Developing engaging content for the website, intranet, presentations, speeches, and other corporate communications channels.Providing advice to senior leaders on effective communications on a range of matters including grower relations, media relations, and employee engagement activities.Supporting media relations and social media activities including preparing media statements and responses.Providing support when required for other areas of the Corporate Affairs team, including the delivery of grower-focused and corporate events.About You: A communications all-rounder with particular experience delivering digital and integrated marketing campaigns or initiatives that achieve results.Excellent communication and writing skills in marketing and employee communications.An ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar with at least 5 years' experience in a related work environment.Experience with the agricultural industry will be highly regarded.CBH offers a range of employee-focused benefits aimed to encourage a healthy work-life balance, including: Opportunities to enhance your leadership skills and achieve your career goals.Employee assistance program.Corporate employee discounts including travel, health insurance funds, and financial services.We'd love to hear from you!
