We are looking for a dynamic and experienced techno functional consultant to join our team and help us achieve our business goals through effective project management and domain expertise.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects development & support.Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver quality MES, OT or digital products.Sales support: Actively work with presales team and provide valuable inputs during RFI, RFP and due diligence phase.Continuous Improvement: Integrate customer feedback into project team activities and continuously improve product offerings.KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs regularly to ensure adoption and scaling & support of digital or any MES products.Key Skills & Tools:Digital Business Transformation & ConsultingProject Management & Business AnalystClient Relationship ManagementPI Planning & Lean Portfolio ManagementManufacturing IT (MES), OPC, SCADA & Adapter systemsKnowledge on Data Historian & OT systemsPreferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications in Scrum & Project management.Experience:Proven track record in delivering or support MES products and managing projectsBusiness Analyst in MES or digital transformation projectsStrong background in consulting and stakeholder managementExperience with onshore/offshore delivery models and distributed agile teamsExperience in Oil and Gas Industry domainHands on knowledge on MES, Data historian & OT systems.Personal Attributes:Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in various forms of personality profile.
